Relais Santa Croce
Il palazzo era in origine residenza del marchese
Baldinucci, tesoriere del papa. L’ingresso è incorniciato
da due imponenti colonne di granito fatte venire
appositamente da Roma. Con successivi passaggi
di proprietà il palazzo ha cambiato nome in Ciofi-
Jacometti. Da poco restaurato con la massima
attenzione per non modificarne le originarie strutture
oggi accoglie gli ospiti in una cornice di ovattata
riservatezza ed esclusività. Gli spazi comuni sono al
piano nobile. Gli alti soffitti, gli stucchi, come quelli
della Sala della Musica ora salotto per gli ospiti
incorniciano i riti dei viaggiatori contemporanei.
Anche le due Signature Suite si trovano al piano nobile.

inconsueta della chiesa di Santa Croce, in particolare

the stuccoes – like the ones in the Music Roomwhich is

visitors. Even the two royal suites are found on the noble
floor. The rooms on the last floor, on the other hand,
