methods. The olive trees are immersed in and
surrounded by the woods of Badia a Coltibuono,
an uncontaminated environment where the
micro-climate makes it possible to avoid
treating the plants with pesticides.
Cultus Boni Extra-Virgin Olive Oil 2014 has
an intense emerald green colour. It has a
highly distinctive, intense and vibrant taste
that does not, nevertheless, obscure other
flavours. There is also a characteristic spicy
hint in the aftertaste.
