It stands amid the vineyards of the region of the Cape and was originally a Boer farm. A
superb gourmet resort, thanks to the pluri-awarded Bosman’s Restaurant and to it chefs
Frank Zlomke and Jochen Riedel. It is also one of the best hotels in South Africa. It does
not have a spa but there is a suite dedicated to Swedish massages and beauty treatments.
