average of the scores reached in the following
aspects considered by our journalists/inspectors
during their visit to the hospitality property.
Nature: pleasantness and uniqueness of
surroundinggreenery, attention to environmental
setting of the hospitality property
Design of the hospitality property: quality of the
design in terms of accessibility and visual impact,
particular architectural features of the complex,
the choice and disposition of the furnishings,
attention to illumination of private and common
areas
Service: professionalism, courtesy and discretion
of the staff
Cuisine: quality, originality and variety of the
dishes on the menu and the wine list
Health: attention for the general health of resort
guests, hence menus that include hypo-caloric
dishes, the presence of a spa, a ftness centre
and/or jogging circuit, tennis courts, location in
area without atmospheric and acoustic pollution.
Spa: quality of the spaces, staff professionalism,
variety of treatments, consultancy, ambient (a
score of 0 indicates absence of a spa)
Rooms: space, silence, view, furnishings,
